Receipt from the manufacturer
Consignments are checked on arrival: documents, batch details, expiry dates and the condition they travelled in.
Temperature-controlled storage
Stock moves straight into storage matched to its label, whether refrigerated or controlled room temperature.
Refrigerated: 2 to 8 °COrder and dispatch
Orders are picked, verified against the request and packed for the journey ahead, not just for the shelf.
Tracked transit
Shipments are tracked on the road, and delivery windows are agreed with the receiving team in advance.
Handover
Medicines are handed to the hospital pharmacy, the clinic or the patient at home, and the delivery is confirmed.
