For patients and families
Your prescribed medicine, brought to your door.
You have enough to manage. Send us the prescription, and we deliver the medicine to your home, handled with the same care as a hospital order.

How home delivery works
Four steps, most of them ours.
A family member or caregiver can do all of this on your behalf.
Start on WhatsAppSend your prescription
Share a clear photo of the doctor's prescription on WhatsApp, or fill in the order form and we will ask for it.
We confirm the details
We check the medicine, strength and quantity with you, and tell you the price and when it can arrive.
We deliver
The medicine travels to your address at its labelled storage condition, at a time agreed with you.
Kept cold where requiredYou check and store it
Check the name, strength and expiry date on the pack, then store it as the label says.
When your medicine arrives
Three things worth doing straight away.
Check the pack
Make sure the name and strength match your prescription and the seal is intact. If anything looks wrong, do not use it and call us.
Store it as labelled
If the pack says to refrigerate, put it in the main part of the fridge. Never in the freezer, and not in the door.
Follow your doctor
Take or bring the medicine exactly as your treating team has told you. Ask them, not us, about doses and side effects.
We supply medicines; we do not give medical advice. Prescription medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription from a registered doctor. For anything about your treatment, speak to your oncologist. In an emergency, go to your nearest hospital.
Have a prescription ready?
Message us with a photo of it and your city. We will take it from there.
